How to Utilize a Den Chief
Den Chiefs are older Scouts that have completed Den Chief training and are working towards fulfilling their leadership requirement to advance to Star rank. They assist Cub Scout Den leaders in a variety of ways, including as a resource, team leader and a role model for the Cubs.
Cub Scout Roundtables
“Roundtable” meetings are held once a month every third Monday via Zoom for all interested Den and Pack leaders. These organized meetings give leaders program ideas; information on policy, events, and training opportunities; and are also an opportunity to share experiences and knowledge, and get to know other Cub Scouting leaders.
