Complete California Mandated Reporter Training – CAMRT

You do not need to complete in one sitting, but will need to complete prior to your LiveScan appointment. Make sure to register and create login credentials so you can log back in download the certificate. You will need to upload the CAMRT certificate and scanned LiveScan consent form to the California Scouting Piedmont Council portal.

Take CAMRT 2 hour volunteer training

Mandated Reporter Training for Volunteers provides an overview of the definitions, requirements and protections of the California Child Abuse & Neglect Reporting Act as it pertains to volunteers of youth service organizations and other entities that work with children. It satisfies the training requirement set forth under California Assembly Bill 506.
