Wood Badge is the ultimate leadership training program for volunteers involved at all levels of Scouting across all programs of Scouting (Cubs, Scouts BSA, Venturing).

This course helps you maximize your own potential and that of the Scouts you lead. It is one of the best investments you can make in your Scouting journey, receiving a well organized program from friendly staff for two fun weekends. This training will prove invaluable to you in all aspects of Scouting, business, and your personal life.

 

Dates & Location:

Wood Badge is a 5-day course held across 2 weekends, both at Camp Tamarancho (1000 Iron Springs Rd, Fairfax, CA 94930)

  • Weekend 1: Friday, February 19th – Sunday, February 21st
  • Weekend 2: Saturday, March 20th – Sunday, March 21st

 

Cost:

Course fee is $200. Fill in the form below to confirm Staff participation. If you are unable to attend, your payment can be refunded if you notify Piedmont Council (contact@piedmontbsa.org) before December 1st, 2026.
